Before you write
Three things make a style recommendation far more useful. First, the content density of the busiest screen — roughly how many data points, fields or list items it has to carry. Second, the maintenance situation: who will own gradients, shadows and tokens after launch. Third, any hard constraint, such as a contrast requirement, an existing typeface licence or a device range you must support.
