Terms of Service
These terms form a binding agreement between you and Bundlespoppi Digital Labs Ltd covering your use of bundlespoppi.cfd and the UIAtlas style library published on it. By using the site you accept them. Last updated 12 January 2026.
1. Definitions and parties
"We", "us" and "Bundlespoppi" mean Bundlespoppi Digital Labs Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under number 15482097, registered office Unit 4, 27 Kingsland Road, London E2 8AA, United Kingdom. "Site" means bundlespoppi.cfd and all pages served from it. "Content" means the text, guides, specifications, code snippets, graphics and layouts published on the Site. "You" means the individual or organisation accessing the Site.
2. Your obligations
You agree to use the Site lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with anyone else's use of it. Specifically, you must not: attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, its servers or connected infrastructure; probe or scan for vulnerabilities; submit material through the contact form that is unlawful, defamatory, misleading, or that contains malware or automated advertising; use automated tools to scrape the Site at a rate that degrades service for others; misrepresent your identity or affiliation; or remove, obscure or alter any copyright or attribution notice. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for keeping any correspondence credentials secure.
3. Licence to the style specifications
The UIAtlas design specifications — the token values, radius scales, elevation pairs, typography suggestions and component descriptions — are published so that you can build with them. We grant you a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to implement those specifications in your own commercial or non-commercial projects, without attribution. That licence does not extend to republishing the guides themselves, in whole or in substantial part, as a competing library, dataset, training corpus or content product, nor to using the Bundlespoppi or UIAtlas names or logo to suggest endorsement. Typefaces named in the guides are the property of their respective foundries and must be licensed separately by you.
4. Intellectual property
All Content on the Site, and the selection, arrangement and presentation of that Content, is owned by Bundlespoppi or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and database rights. Except for the licence in section 3 and ordinary fair dealing for quotation and review with a link to the source page, no rights are granted. Feedback you send us may be used to improve the Site without obligation or payment, but nothing in these terms transfers ownership of your own projects, brands or code to us.
5. No professional advice and no warranty
The guides describe design patterns and trade-offs. They are general information, not professional advice for your specific product, market or legal obligations, and they are not a substitute for accessibility testing, legal review or user research. Accessibility guidance in the guides is our summary of published standards; the authoritative source is the standard itself. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability. We may change, suspend or remove any part of the Site at any time.
6. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, special or incidental loss, for loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, data or anticipated savings, or for losses arising from decisions you make based on the Content, whether in contract, tort, breach of statutory duty or otherwise. Our total aggregate liability arising from your use of the Site is limited to one hundred pounds sterling (£100). If you are a consumer, this section does not affect your statutory rights.
7. Third-party links and services
The Site links to external resources, including standards bodies and documentation providers, and loads placeholder images from a third-party image service. We do not control those parties, we do not endorse their content, and we are not responsible for their availability, accuracy or privacy practices. Follow external links at your own discretion and read the relevant provider's terms.
8. Termination
We may suspend or withdraw your access to the Site immediately and without notice if we reasonably believe you have breached section 2 or section 3, or if required to do so by law or by a competent authority. You may stop using the Site at any time. Sections 3 to 6 and 9 survive termination. Termination does not affect any accrued rights or remedies of either party.
9. Governing law and disputes
These terms and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of the Site are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom or in the European Union, you may also bring proceedings in your country of residence and benefit from any mandatory consumer protections there. Before starting proceedings, we ask that you contact us at [email protected] so that we can attempt to resolve the matter informally within thirty days; we will consider mediation in good faith where a direct resolution is not possible.
10. General
If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the remainder continues in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign your rights under these terms without our written consent; we may assign ours as part of a corporate reorganisation or sale of business. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, form the entire agreement between us regarding the Site. We may amend them; the revision date above records the current version, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. Questions go to our contact page.
